      This letter, is written by collective of sculptors .  For the beginning, we want to acquaint you with our ideas and the purposes.

        We want to lift on a worthy level art and culture to keep monuments of the most ancient culture and  architecture which are located on the sacred lend of Israel, for all mankind. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, you should understand, that we should live and work in awful conditions of war with Islamic terrorists who at any moment are ready to blow up and kill inhabitants of Israel. After terrible events September, 11 in New York you can present yourselves, that means to live and work pending that any moment can blow up the bus in which you will hurry for work or shop to which you have gone to purchase a meal for children. The even greater fear is an alarm for our children who always risk to be lost from hands of terrorists. Very much I ask to help us. For our children who due to your help can art and culture and become people which will be against any war and will respect and understand people of all countries and all nationalities.    [Our purpose is a creation of the best conditions for studying and understanding culture and art all over the world.  This improvement of mutual understanding between various peoples, religions and the countries, that so is necessary in our modern world.]

        1. Within the framework of realization of this project we open school of arts a  (sculpture and painting) in which all interested persons could be trained in art of sculpture and painting, free-of-charge.

         2. We open art workshop in which will be studies beginning sculptors and painters and as in which could work and  create works of art of the master of a sculpture and painting which already have taken a worthy place in this trade.

        3. We organize group of professional restorers of builders, for restoration and a reconstruction of the most ancient architectural monuments taking place on territory of Israel and behind his limits.

        4. We open a network of art interiors in cities: Tel-Aviv, Jerusalem, New -York, Los Angeles, London and other cities of Europe and U.S.A. These art interiors should exist on a constant basis for realization of exhibitions pictures, sculptures and other products of arts created by the best masters of Israel and other countries.

       5. We create an W.W.W.-portal about art and architecture, history and culture, about peoples living and living on the ground of Israel, about known peoples who rendered essential influence on formation of world culture, literature and arts, about peoples rendered appreciable influence on a world science, economy and a policy.

       6. We create W.W.W.-auction on which works of art created by modern masters and masters of the past will be exposed and on sale.

        7. We issue books, albums and other printed matter on a theme of art and culture, with their distribution on the countries of Europe and U.S.A., with the purpose of popularization among the population of the different countries of cultural values.

This project is designed for wide layers of the population of the different countries. In case of need we shall send a photo of some our last works on a sculpture and painting.

       In connection with all aforesaid, we with gratitude shall accept your financial help, what small she would not be. Understand, that helping us, you help all children , helping us you do the future of children without wars and violence.  But we hope, that with your help we can overcome all problems and difficulties.

In connection with all above-state, we ask you’re the financial help. For realization of the given project, on preliminary and approximate calculations we can be necessary approximately 330000 $ U.S.A..

:BALANCE STATEMENT

(A). Opening school of arts where children will be trained in secrets of skill of sculptors and artists and art workshops where sculptures from various materials will be produced, subsequently will entail the invention and introduction of new technologies and decorative methods of processing of metals. We shall give special attention to manufacturing of sculptures from waste products of productions processing metal, introducing non-polluting technologies that will help preservation of the environment. Creation of an international network of sculptural galleries and creation  W.W.W. site, devoted to art and problems of preservation of an environment should promote development of cultural relations between various peoples on all continents of globe.

(B) PURPOSE:                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Opening schools of arts, for creation of conditions of development of the creative person which in a consequence never begins for a way of violence, drug addictions, terrorisms.    Search of new technologies of processing of metals during creation and art processing of sculptures. Opening  international galleries of arts, promoting development international public and cultural relations.   Opening of a department on recovering historical and cultural monuments for preservation of historical monuments for all mankind. 

(C). PLAN :                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Realization of the project will be conducted in some stages:       1. Search of premise for school of arts and making contract on the lease.   2. Selection of employees and the conclusion with them of employment contracts.  3. Creation of industrial workshop, purchase of the equipment for work, purchase tools. 4. The conclusion of agreements on recovering of ancient monuments, drawing up of the design and budget documentation.  5. Search of premises for galleries in Israel and USA, the conclusion of agreements on the lease, realization of repairs and preparation for work.  6. Creation W.W.W. site devoted to art, international cultural relations and problems of preservation of an environment.

(D). BENEFITS.   Advantage to people:

 Development of international intercultural attitudes, establishment of cultural relations between various layers of the population of different countries and continents, improvement of understanding between people and easing of social intensity.  

Advantage to wildlife and an environment:

 Use save energy and non-polluting technologies will help mankind in protection and preservation of an environment.    Creation of an international network of galleries of arts, will result in the best understanding between people of different countries and different nationalities. Realization of the exhibitions and opening days, will result people of different countries in understanding of that the planet at us one on all and a fragile environment is in awful state. If not to accept urgent measures on preservation of an environment, our children already will have no place to live, there will be nothing to eat, there will be nothing to breathe.

 It is necessary to understand, that injurious cutting down of woods, pollution of the seas and the rivers, destruction of fauna, undoubtedly conducts to destruction of an environment and all mankind.

(F).RESULTS:                                                                                                                                                                                                                1. Opening of school of arts, will entail development at children tendency to art and by that will bring up in them bent for fine, and it means, that subsequently these children never begin for a way of crimes, drug addictions and other defects. Thereby the school will promote development of clever and talented generation which in future, becomes a positive basis of our world community. 

 2. Opening of workshop of studio on a sculpture and painting will result in some years in the invention and introduction of new technologies in art processing metals, attacks to development of productions promoting preservation of an environment. Production and sale of works of our masters in art galleries will result us in self-repayment and a possibility to invest the received profit in projects on preservation of an environment and in projects on development of new technologies.

3. Opening of a department on restoration of architectural and historical monuments of Israel will result in increase of number of tourists wishing to visit Israel, and as inquest, to increase of sales in our art galleries. Development of tourism always and everywhere resulted in increase of number of jobs for people and so foreign workers work for us in country many, it will result in rapprochement of different peoples and the best international understanding.

4. Creation and opening W.W.W. Portal will result in improvement of international dialogue and to distribution of cultural values among all people living on our planet. (Creation and increase of popularity W.W.W. of auction on a theme of art will result us in due course in financial independence.)

 5. The issuing and distribution   booklets and brochures about art and Israel will result in the best intercultural and international understanding.
